Tuesday, July 19, join Kapnos Chef & Partner George Pagonis in a course demonstrating simple Greek Summer traditions with seafood.
Learn the secrets to making great octopus and roasting bronzino, as well as pairing your meals with a fresh watermelon and feta salad.
This class will be hosted privately in G by Mike Isabella, connected to Kapnos on 14th street NW. Enjoy samplings of these dishes as well as other Greek plates with wine pairings.
